Pickup post...

...heres the poster, hung up, and surprisingly well lit.

Along with a nice package i got today from my man Boston Chris. Having a hook up at New Balance on the east coast shits on your average Foot Locker mall hookup, and ill leave it at that.

I love nike, especially Zoom Air (although few things are more beautiful that some full length air max cushioning), but its hard to beat the comfort of some high end New Balance running shoes. These 992s are my new favorite shoes.

So i christened them witha smoke and a beer, on the porch.

    the poster is sick.

i used to think i was "doooin it" with the photoshop/illustrator biz, but after seeing the work of real graphic design artists like you and Big Fame, I realized that the occasional iced-out-airbrushed-rap-mixtape-cover i was doing just ain't "doooin it".

    anyways, KUTGW. peace.

    Thanks JDUB.

I never got much into airbrushing. I dont even paint that much for that matter. Im not a fan of the setup and cleanup. I rarely sit down and paint for a couple of hours. Its always like a half hour at a time before i get bored with it. Then i take a break, drink a beer or whatever, watch a movie, and get back to it. So the less setup and cleanup, the better.

Thats the beauty of illustrator etc as well.

Very nice bro. Im diggin' these colors a lot more than the other ones. The Green and Blue over the dark grey works well on your wall.

Again great poster idea. I wouldn't mind hanging one up.

    Peace.

Yeah im diggin the new colors a lot more as well. The original color scheme was inspired by a page in a crate & barrel catalog. I really like the rich orange, aqua, and lime green combo, but it was hard to make it work with those colors and have the contrast needed to make the typography really pop like i wanted.

So i went with the old Air Max grey colorway inspiration. Cant go wrong with that.

( i cant send you the file if you want to get one printed up for your house, let me know)

A Bronx Tale = a classic. I had to do it, and the quote applies to my OG mission statement and reason for even having this blog.

And thanks again to my man Boston Chris.
