I have a couple of freelance gigs goin on right now, and a painting to finish. Plus an IOU for a piece for my lovely mother's birthday gift. So if i dont update the blog as often, dont be mad at me.

Also, i just picked this up. And anyone who knows about this show (and if you dont, you SHOULD), knows ill be hibernating worse than jake in December, watching this thing non-stop.

I just finally started watching the Wire from the very begining last week. Season 1 was on HBO On Demand and I got hooked pretty quickly. So much in fact that my good friend in Dallas, TX sent me all the other seasons to watch just yesterday. Needless to say, I wont be getting much work done till Im through the other 4 seasons.
shoot me the info for where you got it, im in the market. I vowe to pick it up around here too. You guys might have to hear about scuba math though. Anyopne want to know more about the equations to figure out the equivelant narcotic depths of gases using helium? What about the ideal oxygen mix for diving different depths up to 111FSW? Anyone need to know The effects of Oxygen toxicity, or nitrogen narcosis?

I have been sleeping on buying the Wire box set. I have Season's 1-3 floating around amongst different friends, who may no longer be considered friends if they keep conveniently forgetting to return my DVD's.
Also, got a chuckle out of the Hills Street Blues comment.
Yeah when i was looking into buying it i thought it might be bootleg, cause it doesnt look like the newer sets. I saw it on some legit sites though so i think it was probably just put out before the box sets with all the fancy extras got popular.
