2 things...

1.) Dont bother trying this Red Bull cola. ( I know its not "new" anymore, but i just recently saw it in my area and decided to try it.) It tastes a bit like RC cola, if you ever had that, but with a terrible aftertaste.

2.) Read this book. Its about the notorious Richard "the ice man" Kuklinski. His most famous hit was Paul Castellano, head of the Gambino crime family in New York. But overall, he killed hundreds of people over the course of his life. Its an interesting read.

(The reason im reading this btw, is because i just finished reading Boss of Bosses, a book about Paul Castellano. I also recommend it, as it was written by the two FBI agents who were responsible for finally bringing him in on substantial RICO charges, and who were responisble for the only bug inside the personal residence of a known Mafia Don.)

So there you have it, two pieces of random advice and recommendation. Dont say i never did anything for you.

On the books: I just can't find the concentration span to read a book. The last book I read was a few years ago - and I found the time cos I was sitting by the pool in Turkey (bliss).

I'm off on holiday in a few weeks (Tunisia, N Africa) and I'm planning on reading Friday Night Lights by the pool this time round. Loved the movie, hope the book is as good or better.

And on the Red Bull thing - I've gone off the stuff altogether. I used to drink it al the time at weekends with vodka, but it started to give me heart palpitations, and frankly, I'm not comfortable with that.

    PS: What's RC Cola?

Dont bother with the cola. (RC Cola was around when i was a kid. Not sure if it still is. It stood for Royal Crown if i remember correctly)

Kevin: Yeah, same dude. Ive seen parts of that HBO special, its scary watching him talk about the murders so casually.

Chris: I feel you 100%. I pretty much ONLY read when im on vacation. On the plane and in the airports of course, then layin by the pool like you said. The funny part is after i get back ill be kind of into it still, and ill usually read another book right after i finish the "vacation book". But from there it always slows down until the next trip. (I just read Boss of Bosses in Vegas, so now after this Ice Man book, i probably wont read again until i go to Hawaii in June.)

Speaking of that, i noticed in Vegas that its almost impossible to find Coca Cola on the strip.

Pepsi OWNS Vegas, it was weird to see.
