Pickup post...vol. 2

Posted: Monday, March 2, 2009
...This is the first pair of shoes ive bought in a long time. LONG time. And probably the first pair ive bought at retail in 5 years. Had to have em though, theyre perfect for wearing with shorts, and im heading to Vegas in 3 weeks. I had to shop all over downtown to find em though. GOODS didnt have em and RPS didnt have em either(shout out to Bruce, thanks for reading my man. Leave a comment now and then). So id almost given up when i cruised over to Winners Circle to say hi to JR and the fellas. They reminded me that we here in seattle, do indeed, still have a niketown. I havent been there in years and had literally forgotten about it.

So thats where i went, and thats where i bought em.

Then today at work my boy brought me these two Sailor Jerry bar mats. He knows the love i have for that stuff and thought id like them. Im not sure what im gonna do with them yet, but im glad i have them.

ps - Im startin on a new logo job tomorrow, ill post the progress here as i go along. I havent posted any work in a while.

Two SJ bar mats? and you don't know what to do with them?

Well I will tell you, Get a leather belt, and an industrial stapler, staple one in the center on the back, and one to the center up front, now you have a Sailor Jerry's water proof loin cloth.

    Done, thank me later.

Theyre nice, id grab a pair while you can. I dont know the availability exactly but im pretty sure your average footlocker isnt getting em. Like i said, i had to get mine at Niketown and seattle is full of sneaker boutiques that usually get the limited stuff.

And the retail is only $88, hard to beat that.
