Sooooo, this is a pic of a 10ft Great White shark, that was almost bitten completely in half....by a 20ft Great White shark. God Damn.

'It certainly opened up my eyes. I mean the shark that was caught is a substantial shark in itself,' says Jeff Krause of Queensland Fisheries.

The great white, the most dangerous creature in the sea, was still alive when hauled onto a boat near Deadman's Beach off north Stradbroke island.

'Whatever attacked and took chunks out of this big shark must be massive,' said 19-year-old surfer Ashton Smith. 'I've heard about the big one that's lurking out there somewhere.

'We're all being very, very cautious.'

Sailor Jerry > You...

Posted: Thursday, October 22, 2009
A buddy of mine hooked this up for me today. He knows of my man-love for Sailor Jerry.

Its a die-cut metal wall sign. Meant to be hung up in bars.

Im not really in that college decorating phase, i try to keep my place looking more mature. So most likely this is goin on the wall in my laundry room.

Thanks Christian!

Buy my stuff....vol. 1

So in the last couple of years my head has grown (pause) inexplicably. Im not even on 'roids or anything, go figure.

But back when New Era changed the on-filed 59-50 fitted hats, i was pissed. I always preferred the grey underbrim and the wool crown. So at the time i stocked up on the classic NY fitted. But they dont fit my new found fat-headedness.

So MAKE ME AN OFFER.

EDIT: The GOODS and LRG hats have sold, the NY hats sold as well but ive yet to hear from the winning bidder
. Feel free to hit me up with an offer.

For sale here are SEVEN official New Era On-Field hats in sz. 7 1/4
All hats are brand new, never worn, and still have the stickers attached.
And of course, they're all the old school GREY underbrims. (if someone wants to buy the whole lot, ill throw in the kelly green one for free)

I also have this brown LRG New Era fitted. Also 7 1/4

And finally, this GOODS fitted from a few years ago. LONG gone, so youre only finding them on eBay or here. And actually, ive never seen this hat on eBay. So buy it now. Brand new, stickers attached, box included sz. 7 1/4

This is really just an afterthought, ill be having a buddy of mine list these on eBay this weekend. If you want the feedback or whatever, i can set up a private auction for you. Let me know.

So i came home from work today to find this package waiting for me. My man Casey M., loyal blog reader and true TWC supporter took it upon himself to send me this delightful care package.

What this? Old t-shirts?

Bubble wrap?

Nope, 3 22oz bottles of genuine east coast IPA. Just my flavor. So of course i threw em in the fridge, asap.

This first one, by Cisco Brewing of Nantucket was the foamiest beer ive ever poured. Now at first i thought maybe it was still a bit shook up from the trip to the NW. But when i refilled my glass it was as foamy as ever. I feel sorry for any bartender that has to pour this shit on the daily. But regardless of all that, it was damn good beer and reminded me of a pacific northwest IPA that im used to.

After i finished the whole 22oz, i STILL had this much foam left in the glass, go figure.

The second one i tried was this Harpoon IPA. It was pretty light in color and in taste. It still tasted good but it wouldnt strike me as an IPA if i didnt already know it was labeled as such. The flavor was good and the body of it would be ideal for a long night of drinking.

The third and last bottle was this Long Trail brewmasters series Double IPA. Its 8.6% alc but i honestly didnt even notice cause i had a slight buzz from the other 44oz if IPA. The color on this beer was great and reminded me of a typical NW IPA. The flavor was slightly less hoppy than the Cisco Indie Pale Ale but was deep and thorough all the way through. Heavy aftertaste with a relatively smooth finish. I think this was my favorite of the bunch, but i got a feeling 3 of these will have you feelin pretty solid.

Overall, they were all good beers. Different in their own right, but solid brews nonetheless. I cant thank Casey enough. (you got a package comin back your way before you know it my man) Stay posted by that mailbox.

I gotta say, sometimes its great having a blog.

Cheers.

Quick tattoo sketch...

I drew this last week for my man Myc. Hes goin big with the neck tattoo. He has a lot of tattoos though, and one on the other side of his neck already, so another one isnt really a big deal.

But it IS gonna be pretty big. When he gets it done, ill try to get some pics and post em here.

The body of the raven will be all blacked out by the way, i was just too lazy to ink it all in.
